non-functioning wifi missing bag
the staff was helpful. breakfast was really good.
Wifi did not work in rooms. It should not be advertised. a bag of shopping went missing from my room, and i was told there was no bag. i showed them a photo of the bag in the room, and they said it was impossible for it to be taken. they searched the room and said there was nothing they could do and offered no compensation.

non-functional wifi missing bag
The staff helped book tours. This was acceptable.
Wifi didn't work IN the rooms, so it SHOULD not be advertised. A bag went missing from my room. I was told there WAS no bag, rude. Then, after I showed a photo, they said it was impossible for it to be taken. There was no compensation offered. The cleaner may have thrown it out, thinkING it was rubbish. ALSO, the door was left unlocked one day.

sea view kind staff continental breakfast
the balcony was a dream, it had such lovely sea views. the staff were always kind, always ready with a smile. breakfast was continental, a good start to each day. the pool was kept so clean, i swam every afternoon.
the shower felt a little small, it needed some extra space for comfort.

the swimming pool was maintained very well, the water always so clear, it had plenty of space for lounging, the hotel provided many chairs and umbrellas ensuring comfort for all guests.

The staff were kind, i will always remember their willingness to help with directions. They were so quick to fulfill requests, very thoughtful.

helpful staff dietary needs
The pool was fabulous. staff were really helpful and friendly. Tina and josé guided us about transportation and the entire place. they even catered to special dietary needs. It was AMAZING!!!
the shower leaked badly and the only charging port was in the bathroom.
